On 24 June 2023, Secretary of the TURKPA Commission on Economic Cooperation Bauyrzhan Datkayev took part in the visit to Lachin region organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

About 60 diplomats and military attachés from 33 countries and 10 international organizations participated in the visit.

The guests became acquainted with the reconstruction and landscaping work being carried out in Lachin and visited the first residential complex, as well as the Agro-Industrial Park under construction.

The participants were informed in detail about the "Lachin Boulevard" built on the banks of the Hakari River and the construction work in the village of Zabukh.

The program also featured visit to Agali village of Zangilan region, where the participants became acquainted with the “Smart village” project being implemented in Agali.
