On 1 June 2023, Secretary of Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations Kadir Yaman took part at the photo exhibition titled "Azerbaijan in my heart" by Tevfik Ulual, Education and Culture Attaché of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in Baku, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader of Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev.

The event was attended by members of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, representatives of diplomatic missions, educational institutions and many art lovers.

TRNC Baku Representative, Ambassador Ufuk Turganer, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Azerbaijan Cahit Bağcı and TRNC Baku Representative Office's Education and Culture Attaché Tevfik Ulual made speeches at the opening of the exhibition.

Opening ceremony was followed by the presentation of the plaques of appreciation.
