TURKPA International Observers Mission will observe the presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan.

TURKPA International Observers Mission will observe the presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan to be held on 30 October 2011. TURKPA mission will get acquainted with the environment created for candidates, pre-election preparations, as well as will monitor a voting process in the polling stations on election day in Bishkek.

TURKPA Observers will consist of member parliaments of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey and staff members of the TURKPA Secretariat.

During the visit it is planned to hold a meeting of the TURKPA delegation with Mr.Tuygunaly Abdraimov, the Chairman of the Commission on Electionand Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic and Ruslan Kazakbayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

After elections , TURKPA International Observers Mission will hold a press conference and present a final report regarding the results of presidential elections to media.

TURKPA Observers will end its activity in Kyrgyzstan on 1 November 2011. It is the fifth TURKPA election observation, before observers’ mission monitored the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey and early presidential elections in Kazakhstan.
