TURKPA Secretary General received a group of representatives of youth organizations of Kyrgyzstan

TURKPA Secretary General Mr. Ramil Hasanov received the representatives of the most active youth organizations, members of parliament and mayors of municipalities of Kyrgyzstan who has visited Azerbaijan within the framework of the exchange program according to the intergovernmental agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on 3 October 2012 in the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Greeting the guests TURKPA Secretary General gave detailed information about Assemblys history, activity in the field of inter-parliamentary cooperation, interaction with international organizations such as OSCE, European Parliament, Inter-Parliamentary Union and with other inter-parliamentary institutions in the framework of international cooperation, as well as on steps taken for developing and strengthening political, economic, cultural dialogue between states by means of parliamentary diplomacy. At the same time, Secretary General talked about development of relations between TURKPA and Kyrgyzstan and stressed that issues related enhancement of cooperation in various fields are successfully being dealt.
Mr. Hasanov gave detailed information on the youth projects implemented by TURKPA. At the same time, TURKPA Secretary General informed the youth about the International Forum “Role of Young Leaders in the Development Process of Interstate Cooperation” to be held in the middle of October in Istanbul, the Republic of Turkey. He said that the Forum is aimed at young people and the main objective here is to convene young leaders from various countries to build personal network and conduct a dialogue, as the only tool in reaching peace and stability. Quests expressed their gratitude for sincere reception and talked about new contribution of TURKPA to the development of relations between countries in political, cultural, social fields and expressed intention of Kyrgyz youth to actively take part in Assemblys future activities. At the end of the meeting TURKPA Secretary General answered questions of the guests.
