Azerbaijan restored its independence at the end of the 20th century that gained at the beginning of the century. On the anniversary of this great decision taken on 18 October 1991, we respectfully greet the noble people of Azerbaijan, one of the founding members of TURKPA, and congratulate on the eternal independence with their homeland and flag.
