We commemorate with deep respect and gratitude the 103rd anniversary of the birth of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the modern Azerbaijani state, who in strengthening the traditions of statehood and preserving national and moral values.
The Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was an outstanding figure who worked tirelessly and selflessly for the unity and solidarity of the Turkic world. Thanks to his visionary policy, the foundations of cooperation laid between the brotherly Turkic states continue to develop successfully today.
We honor the cherished memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, who played an exceptional role in the unification of the Turkic world based on common historical roots, with profound reverence and appreciation.
