The Secretary of the TURKPA Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations, Dr. Kadir Yaman, will participate in a conference organized by the Turkish Culture and Heritage Foundation, entitled “Strategic Cooperation Conference in the Field of Turkic Cultural Heritage: Combating the Illicit Trafficking of Cultural Property,” which will be held in Gaziantep, Türkiye, from 27 to 30 April 2026.

The Conference aims to strengthen institutional cooperation, promote the exchange of best practices, foster a common understanding, and enhance legal, administrative, and technical capacities in combating the illicit trade of cultural assets across the Turkic world.
